Goal Statement #1

The District will Support Professional Growth & Instructional Effectiveness

  • Focus on supporting student growth through an effective instructional program guided by research-based instructional strategies

  • Working in collaboration with the district teacher leadership and with the administration will drive in implementing effective learning strategies for student success

Goal 2: 

All students will be reading at grade level by the end of 3rd grade, and will continue to demonstrate appropriate individual growth in both Mathematics and Literacy as indicated by Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) or other district assessment.

  • The Board and District Leadership Team will meet 3 times per year to review data

  • Common data across the district

  • Utilize coherent tiered intervention strategies

  • Use data to determine intervention supports

  • Educators will follow district-aligned scope and sequence

  • Use data to build and expand student learning
