Facility Use Information

Facility use approval and procedures;

  1. Your form must be approved by the school at least two weeks before the use date, It may take two weeks for approval so please submit it at least four weeks before the use date.

  2. Requests are approved on a first come first serve basis.

  3. No priority will be given to school staff or programs that have used facilities in the past.

  4. There will be a $20 deposit for each key/badge issued, this will be refunded after the key/badge is returned.

  5. A $100 fee may be charged for alarm calls, please make sure you understand which door has the alarm panel to turn it off.

  6. Outdoor facility use can be given access to outdoor restrooms for a $50 per month charge, this will need to be paid in advance.

Any changes in regards to time/days on previously approved facility use permits will need to be resubmitted as a new request.
